He'll thrive in a secure, predator-proof enclosure with soft bedding like straw or wood shavings, and he loves a calm environment with plenty of hiding spots. A balanced diet of game bird feed, fresh greens, seeds, and the occasional treat will keep him happy and healthy.

Copper is a delicate bird who prefers minimal handling, so a home that respects his space is ideal. With proper care and a quiet setting, he'll make a wonderful, peaceful companion.
